About the event
Operation Christmas Child collects shoeboxes filled with toys, school supplies and hygiene items to deliver to children around the world. Each shoebox contains not only basic needs but also The Greatest Journey book about Jesus. As a church we come together each year to pack and pray over shoeboxes. Our goal is to collect supplies for 350 shoeboxes- 175 boys & 175 girls. We also encourage individuals, families, small groups, and Sunday School classes to fill a shoebox to bring to the packing party. Last year we collected a total of 587 shoeboxes.
Join us Sunday, November 9th for packing party 4- 5:30 pm and stay for dinner. Please RSVP for dinner so we can prepare enough food.
