If you are currently experiencing some form of loss or need the support of your church family, there are people here at Saxe Gotha who can help you.   Whether you are a caregiver for someone who is  handicapped in some way, have lost a loved one to death or are suffering due to loss of income, you are not alone.   Read or Click on the links below to learn more about the Support Ministries of Saxe Gotha.  If you are a member of this church and need professional counseling or rehabilitation services, please CLICK HERE for information on our member assistance program .

Stephen Ministry - Bereavement ministry and local network.  Stephen Ministers are trained to lend support to other Christians in complete confidence.  There is a midlands chapter or you can contact Saxe Gotha to speak with a Stephen Minister or volunteer to be come certified yourself.

Grief Share - A 13-week grief recovery support group. You are welcome to begin attending the Grief Share group at any session. Each is "self-contained," so you do not have to attend in sequence. You will find encouragement and help whenever you begin. You will be able to continue with GriefShare through the next cycle and be able to check out an audio CD for any missed sessions. GriefShare is a nonde-nominational group and features biblical teaching on grief and recov-ery topics. Let us walk with you through the pain of grief.  For further details/questions, call Erika at 359-7770, ext. 18.

C.I.C.T. - Christians In Career Transition - This group of professionals who are currently job-hunting are able to network and get help from volunteers who are trained in the Human Resources field.  They meet each Monday at 11 a.m. in the Resource Library - Room 152 Main Bldg. Christian Women Widows Network - A new group for widows of all ages for information share and fellowship in a Christian environment.  These ladies get together on Saturdays usually for discussions and/or fun and fellowship.  Everyone is welcome, so bring a friend who might need this group! There will be announcements in the Saxe Gotha newsletter for meetings and events.   If you would like more information, you can contact Jan Harrison.
