WE ARE NOW LINKED TO OUR FACILITIES SCHEDULER FOR OUR CALENDAR APPLICATION - There are three statuses for events. Pending, approved and confirmed.  Pending means the event has not been approved by the appropriate staff member. Approved means approved and awaiting to check for room conflicts.  Confirmed means there are no room conflicts. You will see a status if you click on an event on the calendar, so we wanted to clarify.
